Ponuda i potražnja stanova u Beogradu

Na osnovu podataka Zavoda za statistiku Republike Srbije u Beogradu je 2020 godine izgradjeno 7.674 stanova ukupne površine 574.470 m2. Najviše ih je izgrađeno u Zemunu 1.522, zatim na Zverzdari 1.243 i Voždovcu 1085 stanova. Broj nezavršenih stanova je skoro duplo veći i iznosi 13.752, a najviše nezavršenih stanova je u opštinama Novi Beograd (2.537) i Savski venac (2.286).
